Business Cards Tips for Social Media Managers (+ our favorite Canva Templates!)

If you are going back and forth between getting business cards or not, the answer is likely yes! You should be bragging about your social media management business everywhere, and with this, comes connections and/or potential customers.

Getting a business card is such a big step for business owners! It really puts it all into perspective and brings your new business into reality. But, let's back up a step and talk about the essential pieces you should have on your business card.

Just like anything you design - websites, social media graphics, blog posts, the last thing you want is for your viewer to be overwhelmed. Focus on adding the most meaningful information, without overcrowding text or design elements.

What to include on a business card as a social media manager:

Logo

Your logo and branding guidelines should be showcased to further establish your brand identity. We want them to recognize us the minute they see our colors, fonts, and logos.

Your Name, Title, and Business Name

Make sure these are front & center, so they know who they are talking to!

Important contact details

Include your most important forms of contact, and that will likely look different for everyone - Phone number, email, social handle, website.

CTA & QR Code

Just like every marketing material, we need a call to action. What do you want them to do next? Make it actionable! For social media managers, we love a QR Code with a call-to-action for them to book a discovery call with you. Use a Calendly link to have them save their spot in your calendar right away.
